Philosophy of Care

I treat patients and families as I would want to be treated and believe in access to healthcare for all. I stand by the value of an unhurried discussion before surgery to explain what to expect, thereby gaining the trust of families. I cannot make the stress go away, but I can provide information and understanding. I hope my background and ability to speak Spanish helps patients feel more at ease.
