The Mayo Family Pediatric Pain Rehabilitation Clinic is located at Boston Children's at Waltham. Our hours are weekdays, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The PPRC is available to answer your questions or provide you with more information.

How to enroll
To determine if your child is eligible for participation in the program, please contact the Chronic Pain Clinic at 617-355-8930. Support staff will arrange for a phone evaluation and screening by one of the nurses in the Pain Treatment Service.
International patients
For families residing outside of the United States, please contact Boston Children's Global Services, which facilitates the medical review of patient records and appointment scheduling. Global Services can also provide assistance with customs and immigration, transportation, and hotel and housing accommodations.
